Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LeadClear (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including contractors, businesses, and any individual accessing the platform.
2. Description of Service
LeadClear is a marketing attribution platform for home service contractors. The Service connects to third-party CRM platforms (including Jobber), provisions call tracking phone numbers, and analyzes marketing spend to calculate cost-per-booked-job by channel. LeadClear is operated by Webfor, LLC.
3. Accounts and Registration
You must create an account to use the paid features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
4. Third-Party Integrations
The Service connects to third-party platforms including Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Twilio, and Google Ads. By connecting these integrations, you authorize LeadClear to access data from those platforms on your behalf, subject to those platforms' own terms of service. LeadClear is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of any third-party service.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our
Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of your business data. You grant LeadClear a limited license to process and store your data solely to provide the Service.
6. Call Tracking and Telephone Numbers
LeadClear provisions phone numbers through Twilio, Inc. for call tracking purposes. These numbers are assigned to your account for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation, tracking numbers will be released. You are responsible for updating your marketing channels to reflect tracking numbers and for notifying your customers of any changes.
7. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You authorize LeadClear to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing communications
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
- Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service
9. Intellectual Property
All software, design, text, and data comprising the Service are the property of Webfor, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. LeadClear does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that benchmark data will be accurate for your specific market conditions. Marketing attribution is inherently probabilistic — actual results may vary.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webfor, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be deleted within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Washington.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
